ECONOMYNEXT – Sri Lanka’s rupee closed weaker at 305.70/90 to the US dollar on Thursday, down from 305.35/55 to the US dollar on Wednesday, dealers said, while bond yields were up.
A bond maturing on 15.12.2026 closed at 11.00/30 percent, up from 10.70/11.05 percent.
A bond maturing on 15.02.2028 closed at 11.85/12.05 percent.
A bond maturing on 15.09.2029 closed at 12.15/30 percent, up from 12.10/25 percent.
A bond maturing on 01.06.2030 closed at 12.35/95 percent.
