ECONOMYNEXT – Sri Lanka’s state-run Ceylon Petroleum Corporation said it has cut the price of standard petrol, super petrol and super diesel.
Octane 92 petrol was cut by 11 rupees to 344 rupees a litre
Octane 95 petrol was cut by 41 rupees to 379 rupees
Super Diesel (Euro 4) was cut by 22 rupees to 355 rupees.
Standard diesel was kept at 317 a litre
Kerosene, an expensive fuel similar to Jet fuel was also kept at 202 rupees a litre.
Sinopec Lanka said it was following the CPC. (Colombo/June30/2024)
