ECONOMYNEXT – Sri Lanka’s rupee opened at 298.40/60 to the US greenback in the place foreign exchange sector on Monday, from 298.50/55 on Wednesday, sellers mentioned, although bond yields had been constant.
A bond maturing on 15.12.2026 was quoted stable at 11.30/35 per cent.
A bond maturing on 15.09.2027 was quoted steady at 11.90/12.00 per cent.
A bond maturing on 15.12.2028 was quoted at 12.10/18 % up from 12.10/15 per cent.
The Colombo Stock Marketplace opened down the All Share Price tag Index was down .22 per cent at 12,007, and the S&P SL20 was down .32 p.c at 3,561. (Colombo/Apr15/2024)
